Sevrel helps commercial real estate teams find answers about their portfolio. It connects to the document storage you already use — Google Drive, Egnyte, or direct upload — reads the leases, budgets, and tenant files you authorize, and produces answers designed to include source evidence for verification. AI output and citations can be incomplete or wrong, so verify material claims. Sevrel can also help manage work orders and monitor critical lease dates.

How Sevrel uses Google Drive: When you connect Google Drive, Sevrel requests read access to find authorized documents and may request the limited drive.file scope for files created through Sevrel workflows. Extracted/indexed content and necessary metadata may be stored in Sevrel. Sensitive write actions require explicit confirmation and granted permissions. You can disconnect at any time.
