Don’t read about it.Watch it run your day.

Ask a question, get an answer with the documents behind it. Ask for a report, get a finished Excel or PDF file. Leave for the day, and the work that has to happen anyway keeps happening.

Below are four static, illustrative scenarios drawn in Sevrel interface patterns. They demonstrate review flows, not recorded requests or guaranteed outputs.

The One Generic AI Can't Do

Ask for a report. Download the finished file.

Supported generation workflows can produce reviewable Excel or PDF files from authorized inputs. Output content and availability depend on the workflow, source data, permissions, retention, and backing storage.

1
It can see your business

Ask a generic AI for a rent summary and it doesn't know your rents. Sevrel can use authorized portfolio and work-order records, plus supported files supplied to the workflow.

2
Your letterhead, automatically

Set a company format for supported document-generation workflows, then review each generated file before sharing it.

3
It lives where you work

Generated files can remain visible inside an authorized chat. Access and link availability depend on retention, permissions, and the backing storage path.

Try it: “Build a maintenance cost summary by property for Q2, with photos of the big-ticket repairs — and a PDF version for the owners’ meeting.”

A Daily Briefing When Enabled

An inbox that's already been read, ranked, and briefed.

The persisted briefing can review up to 200 in-scope messages for the local day, rank them, and carry forward unresolved items. Coverage depends on connected accounts, permissions, and processing success.

Up to 200 emails a day

The briefing can rank and summarize up to 200 in-scope messages for the local day.

Done stays done

Dismiss an item and it stays dismissed — on your phone, your laptop, tomorrow.

Nothing slips

Unhandled items carry forward for up to two weeks until you close them out.

Attachments read too

Quotes and reports inside emails inform the summary — not just the message text.

Maintenance Without the Mess

A tenant complaint becomes a tracked work order — before you finish your coffee.

When enabled, Sevrel can identify maintenance context in supported email text and propose work-order fields for review. An authorized user confirms the record and assigns a vendor; the system can then track supported status changes.

Vendor assignment

Assign an available vendor and retain the work order's assignment, status, and available cost history.

Deadlines set themselves

Emergencies default to 24 hours, high priority to 3 days — no one has to remember.

Operational history

Work orders retain status changes, assignments, source references, and available cost details.

Source context retained

Supported email text can inform a proposed work order. Review any source attachments separately before assigning or contacting a vendor.

Your Portfolio Workspace

Occupancy, expirations, and holdovers in one reviewable view.

The Portfolio view organizes user-confirmed and imported records. Figures change after supported updates or rescans and should be checked against current source systems.

Reads your leases for you

Rents, dates, options, escalations — extracted from the documents, confirmed by you.

Available critical dates

Review recorded expirations, option windows, and notice deadlines, and verify them against the governing lease.

Vacancies front and center

Vacant units and month-to-month holdovers get their own view — not a footnote.

Tenant risk signals

Available lease and portfolio factors can support a tenant-risk review; the result is decision support, not a prediction.

Working While You Sleep

Three proactive workflows are available when configured.

Morning briefing, email triage, and lease-expiry workflows run on bounded inputs when enabled and can file findings for review. The lease workflow checks recorded end dates inside 30 days; it does not discover notice clauses.

And It Keeps Going

The rest of the toolbox.

These workspace capabilities have different connection, permission, feature-flag, and processing requirements. Availability can vary by organization and deployment.

Connected files in one workspace

A full document browser on your existing vault — preview, upload, move, share. Search by meaning, not file names, and watch it work: “Browsing folder… reading lease…” in real time.

Optional company memory

When enabled, capped best-effort memory can preserve useful shorthand such as “MCP.” Authorized users can review, edit, or delete it.

Prepare for eligible meetings

When enabled, prep can use authorized people, documents, and history for selected eligible calendar events; private, generic, or short events may be skipped.

Meetings, transcribed

Record a meeting and get the transcript, decisions, and action items pulled out.

Scheduled reminders

Create a reminder for later delivery. Background processing means delivery can be delayed; verify time-sensitive obligations independently.

Share a conversation

Create a read-only snapshot of supported conversation messages and evidence. Attachments, completed actions, and source URLs are not included automatically.

Folders for everything

Organize chats by property or project. Soft-deleted conversations are recoverable for seven days before scheduled purge.

Roles your company controls

Use viewer, member, and admin roles, or build custom roles from the currently supported granular permissions.

Selected events on the record

Selected security and product events are recorded in an append-only audit log enforced by database triggers.

Built for Institutions

Powerful enough to run your portfolio. Careful enough to be trusted with it.

AI access to email and calendar is controlled by connection scopes, permissions, and server-enforced action policy. Administrators can allow, require confirmation, or block supported external actions; selected security and product events are audited.

Your data trains nothing

Your documents and conversations are never used to train AI models. Your competitive edge stays yours.

Actions follow your policy

Admins can allow, require confirmation, or block supported external actions. The server enforces the selected rule.

Source files stay in your vault

Provider-connected files remain in your document system. Sevrel stores derived search data and any files uploaded directly to the service.

Flexible sign-in

Supported organizations can use Microsoft or Google sign-in, and existing local accounts can use password authentication. Optional two-factor authentication is available.

Locked tenant separation

Every company's data is isolated at the database level — walled off from everyone else's.

Answers you can verify

A built-in accuracy guard checks responses against retrieved source evidence and can flag unsupported content. Verify material claims against the source.

Protected by design

Credentials are encrypted at rest, sessions are hardened, and selected security and product events are recorded in append-only audit logs.

Data controls

Export eligible Sevrel-held data or use deletion workflows. Provider source files remain in configured systems; direct uploads and derived search data are held by Sevrel.

Plugs into what you already use. Replaces the juggling.

Connect supported accounts and keep working in your existing systems. Setup time and available capabilities depend on provider authorization, permissions, discovery, indexing, and organization configuration.
