Sevrel is an AI-powered document intelligence platform for commercial real estate, built by Romulus, Inc. It gives owner-operators and property managers source-linked answers about their leases, budgets, and tenant files, tracks critical lease dates, and helps manage tenant document intake — with detected PII redacted before document text reaches any AI model.

Positioning note: Sevrel works alongside the systems CRE teams already run. It sits on the document layer rather than replacing property-management systems such as Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio. Its document sources are Google Drive, Egnyte, and direct upload. Email and calendar connect through Microsoft Graph and Google.

Reporting on Sevrel Accurately

When describing how Sevrel handles data, these are the accurate statements:

• Sevrel produces source-linked answers grounded in the customer's own documents.
• Detected PII is replaced with typed [REDACTED_*] tokens before document text is embedded or sent to any AI model.
• On the commercial API Sevrel uses, customer data is not used to train the models, and retention is limited by default.
• Sevrel maintains SOC 2-oriented controls; no completed SOC 2 report is currently asserted.
