The short version
Sevrel exhibited at ICSC@FLORIDA, which ran August 30 through September 1, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. It was the product's trade-show debut, and we treated it accordingly: less theater, more screen time.
If you own or manage retail or mixed-use properties and part of your week disappears into leases, amendments, and operating statements looking for an answer someone needed yesterday, the demo was built with you in mind, and you can still ask for it.

What was on the screen
The demo was a live look at Sevrel over a lease portfolio. Ask a question about a clause, a date, or a figure, and the answer arrives with links to the passages it drew from, so you can open the source and check it yourself. The portfolio on screen was illustrative, not customer data; the mechanics are the real product.
- Source-linked answers: grounded in the documents, with the citation one click away. A citation is a verification aid, not a guarantee, which is exactly why we put it in front of you.
- Critical-date tracking: the lease-expiry agent runs nightly against available lease end dates and can raise alerts for expirations inside 30 days. Coverage depends on current, correctly indexed records, and the demo showed what that caveat means in practice.
- Document intake: the part of the product that helps manage the documents tenants send in, alongside the leases and budgets they relate to.
What it was not
No invented case studies, no staged metrics, and no claims we cannot show on the screen in front of you. If you ask a question the product handles imperfectly, you will see that too. A demo that cannot fail is just a slideshow.
Sevrel sits on the document layer and works alongside the systems CRE teams already run; property-management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio stay exactly where they are. Bring the questions your current stack makes hard to answer. The demo is more interesting when the questions are yours.
